I've always made it clear to clients that my passion in teaching/coaching/faciliating these kinds of discussions comes out of my own struggles. When the Today Show asked us about our 'expert opinion', etc. on these matters we quickly cleared up that misconception: we are experts in faciliating a process that helps people to figure out *their* goals and *their* solutions related to *their* struggles.
